My order from hivissupply.com showed up in really good shape. The box wasn’t crushed or beat up, and everything inside was folded neatly and wrapped well. No dirt, no odd smells, and nothing got damaged during shipping. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered work gear from, where stuff arrived looking rough, this was definitely a much better experience. It’s a simple thing, but it really does make a difference.

I ordered a hi-vis rain jacket from hivissupply.com for working outside, it’s been better than I expected so far.

I’ve worn it through a few heavy rain days and some windy mornings, and it hasn’t soaked through. The reflective strips still look good too, even after getting muddy.

Shipping was normal and I didn’t have any issues there. For the price, I’m happy with it, though I wouldn’t mind a little discount or credit if they’re offering anything for feedback. I’d probably buy another one when I need it.

I really wanted to like this, but the visibility started fading after only a few washes. I followed the care instructions, so it was disappointing to see it wear out that quickly. I tried reaching out to support, but I just kept getting bounced around in a loop without any real solution. Overall, not a great experience.

The item was already a bit pricey, and then the shipping cost got added on top of that. Come on now, that just made it feel way more expensive than it should’ve been.

I had to return an item and I was kind of worried it was going to be a hassle. The refund did show up faster than I expected, which I really appreciated. Still, the return process wasn’t perfect. It felt a little unclear, a little too slow in places, and just kind of frustrating. Not terrible, but definitely annoying. The refund timing was good though, so I’d still give it 4 stars.

I was relieved when HiVis Supply actually had the items I needed listed in stock. Ordering was simple, and I didn’t have to keep changing my choices around just to make it work. It’s nice when a site actually has what it says it has. I’d definitely use them again

Checkout was simple too. A few pages loaded slower than I would’ve liked, but it’s fine, totally fine. I’m calm about it. Still, I’d say it was a solid experience...

I picked up a hi vis hoodie from hivissupply.com it’s been comfy for work. It doesn’t feel stiff, and I can move around in it without any trouble. The sleeves was a little long on me, but it’s not a big deal overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered a hi vis hoodie the orange was bright, bright in a good way, not weird or too neon-looking. The color matched the photos really well, which I appreciated because ordering online can be hit or miss. It just makes it easier when what you see is actually what shows up.

The site itself was easy to use, so no real complaints there. But reading between the lines, it kind of seems like the hi-vis range just isn’t that broad right now. I was looking for a few specific items and sizes, and there really wasn’t much that fit what I needed.

It’s frustrating when you’re trying to grab gear for work fast and you keep running into the same issue. I check in the morning, out of stock. Check a few days later, still out. Need a backup pair, no luck. Wish they’d keep more sizes available because the products look good, but it doesn’t help much if I can’t actually buy the size I need.

I ordered a big batch of vests and, i was kind of expecting at least one thing to be off, but nope. Everything was packed really well and the shipment got here faster than I thought it would. No issues at all, which is always nice.

The print is really clean, the colors look right, and the shirts don’t feel cheap or stiff at all. I had one quick question before ordering, and they got back to me fast. The shirts showed up looking just like the proof, so yeah... we’ll probably order more when we need extras.

I picked this up not expecting much, because apparently I enjoy being skeptical for no reason. But it’s really solid gear. Feels well-made, works like it should, and hasn’t given me any problems so far. Annoying when something actually lives up to the hype, but here we are.

The stuff was okay overall, but for what I paid, I expected a bit better. Once shipping and the total cost were added in, it didn’t really feel worth it to me. I might shop around next time before buying from here again. Did anyone else feel the same way about the price?
